California Poppy - Cooling Relaxant
 
California Poppy ( Eschscholzia Californica ) is native to the Golden State and encourages relaxation of the nervous and skeletal muscular system. Helps to relieve anxiety, insomnia, restlessness and stress. Energetically California Poppy is cool, dry, bitter and yin.
 
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, may increase the effects if combined with other sedatives, use with caution with MAO inhibitors and benzodiazepines.

Suggested use: Add to favorite smoking blend, or brew as a tea and add 1 Tbsp. in a cup of boiling water. Steep for 5-10 mins. Enjoy! *Increase dosage if needed.

Other Preparations: California Poppy is a great herb to enjoy as a tea or smoke! Pairs well with lavender, passionflower, mugwort & sage!
